I have more strength, better balance, more core stability, more stamina, and better posture. Kevin is highly observant and clear about what I need to work on. He introduced individualized exercises that moved me along, gradually increasing the physical demands on my muscles— but never so fast as to leave me with any aching and always flexibly adapting if needed. But that's not all! Kevin is always on time and buoyant in spirit. The hour speeds by as we are excitedly engaged in conversation... However, even as we chatter on and on, Kevin never loses focus; he always keeps track of the number of reps and decides which would be the best next exercise to do.
